AGON products are now officially TÜV SUD certified!
At AGON group we have a very high standard, when it comes to the quality and safety of our products, and therefore we want to start the year by letting you know that our products are now officially TÜV SUD certificated.
TÜV SUD is a German certificate that shows the product meets the German institute’s requirements for quality and safety. It is your guarantee that our products meet a number of important safety requirements, which is a very important part of our business fundament.
TÜV SUD is an independent and accredited third party. The TÜV Institute has offices, technical laboratories and test equipment locally located, almost all over the world. TÜV SUD reviews AGON’s production facilities, quality procedures, test equipment and type-approves the products in relation to applicable legislation, norms and standards.
Our products are also GS marked, which is a voluntary control scheme that stands for “Geprüfte Sicherheit” or “Tested Safety”. AGON products marked with the GS mark meet strict requirements, including the German Product Safety Act (ProdSG).
The GS test mark entails, among other things, an independent check and assessment in relation to safety, chemicals, and dangerous substances as well as ergonomics, carried out by TÜV SUD. GS certified products do not pose any danger to the user when used correctly.
In the future, AGON products will be marked with this quality stamp, according to certificates issued by TÜV SUD.
